DOMESTIC (US) ORDERS

Please note: All sale items are final sale.

We stand by our products. If you are unhappy with your Curlyssentials purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return request within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, unworn, free from any marks (makeup or otherwise) and in the same condition that you received it.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Returns are only allowed for items purchased at full price from curlyssentials.com.

Please note that (except for refunds due to defective or damaged products) shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case that an item needs to be returned to Curlyssentials, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return request, email hi@curlyssentials.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
